The room was not ready and we had to wait until 15.20, although we arrived at the hotel around 13 o'clock. A Voutcher had been lost and was not found again. Not until today. Very bad restaurant experience. We informed the management (Other customers who were very annoying and . provocative.) Friday.

The building has been stunningly converted into a hotel. The staff are truly amazing and service outstanding. We had the lowest price room which was very nice and comfortable.The coffee machine was a real bonus.The rooms are completely sound proofed. The location is great. The price was good but will I be able to afford it when hotel is finished ?...
The room had high tech TV, music and lights and there were very few instructions so we didn't know we could play music from ipod and neither did the butler! The food and drinks are expensive which I would expect from that standard and location but as yet there is no atmosphere in the restaurant because it is new and not many people there and it was a snowy January evening.
